LSD: $AUS25[~$16.25]/blotter.  White paper, with very blurry black graphic
    printed.
    Quality: unknown dosage.  I'd guess fairly low.  i found it to be fairly
    introspective, but not very visual... but i think that's just the way i
    react to hallucinogens.  I've had two doses from this supplier with
    similar results. A friend has had one and reported no effect at all.
    Availability: i've been told that i can get more any time i want it.
    Summary:  overpriced, but that's usual for this country.  i haven't ever
    seen LSD going for less than $20 or $25, unless you buy in bulk.  I
    don't think i'll bother with it again as the price is not worth the
    minimal effects.
    Rumour:  I hear but haven't confirmed that you can get 50 at around $16
    each, or 100 at around $14 each.

    Excellent quality; 2-3 hits will get you VERY baked. Mostly tight, moist
    skunky buds. 1 g will give about 5-9 highs. Very available; never a problem
    finding it. Mostly locally grown
Hashish: $10-15.00 [$13-19.50]/g. Quality similar to marihuana. Slightly less
    available then marihuana, but still easy to find.
LSD: $3-5 [$3.90-6.50]/hit (0.5 cm paper). Sold mostly on blank blotter paper.
    Good quality. Good availability, sometimes may have to do some looking
    around. At present time [Oct '93] very high supply, dealers are fronting
    sheets at < $1.00 [$1.30]/hit as demand hasn't really changed.
Psilocybe mushrooms: $5-8 [$6.50-10.40]/g, ~$90.00 [$117]/oz. Good quality.
    Usually from British Columbia (where they are grown)
Cocaine: $90-120 [$117-156]/g. Quality varies. Not as available as marihuana,
    but if you know the right people getting it is no problem.
Heroin: ~$150 [$195]/g. Excellent quality, usually > 60% pure. Like mushrooms
    from British Columbia, and imported by Asian Triad Gangs who have greatly
    increased purity, availability and lowered price. Less available than
    cocaine, but again, with the right people there aren't any problems.
Methamphetamine: ~$100 [$130]/g. Varied quality. From biker gangs located in
    Ontario and Quebec. Not really available unless you know people in the
    biker scene.
Mescaline: Price unknown, quality unknown. Only the people who bring it here
    and the people close to them ever see the stuff as supply is low; you
    really have to know the right people. Rarely available, usually sold in the
    form of Peyote buttons.
XTC: $10-$15 [$13-19.50]/g. Quality varies. Availability similar to cocaine.

    occasional complaint of lack of potency or too many spores. Availability
    Practically non-existant (low rainfall)

LSD: CDN$5-$7/hit [US$ ~4-6]. Discounts for bulk purchases. Quality varies
    widely. Most are not trademarked. I've seen small purplish-green dots,
    unmarked blotter, and also blotter with a picture of three monkeys emerging
    from three barrels, with the word "FUN" beneath. The last was the
    strongest; apx. equivalent to 2 dots. I have heard of many more varieties
    being available at different times and from different sources, but since I
    don't have direct experience with them I can't comment.  Price/hit seems to
    be the same regardless of quality. Availability also varies widely.  It is
    often plentiful for many months, and then dries up completely for many more
    months.

    Probably grown in Ontario, it seems quite fresh, a little moist and similar
    to other stuff supposedly grown around western Ontario mostly indoors.

General comment - The availabilty of substances can vary dramatically
throughout the year it depends what comes during each months, police seizures
etc.
Hash: all types 15 pounds for an eighth of an ounce (has been for at least 5
    years). Quality varies - good stuff red/gold seal ,morrie black etc.
    Kiddies can get fobbed off with 'formula' - horrible petrol/diesel like
    stuff. Along with grass the easiest to get. If you know a dealer and he's a
    brilliant (and probably stupid) friend you may get a small sample of
    '0','double O' or 'treble O' - cannabis resin laced with opium. Its pretty
    unusual to see this in the market place though as its so valued. As with
    anything discounts are there for buying an ounce ;say 100 pounds an ounce
    roughly.
Grass: Same availability as dope - pubs or friends. Same price
Acid: From 2.50 pounds to 5 for a tab. Types: super mario, jurassics parks
    (shite), gates to heaven, strawberries and hundreds of others. Quality does
    vary greatly. Certain pubs are easy to score in but mainly from
    aquaintances who deal small time.
speed: similar price to acid but slightly harder to get.
Cocaine: 60-80 pounds a gramme

Hash - 90 - 100 pounds per oz.Invariably Moroccan/Lebanese
Grass - 90 - 120 pounds per oz. - usually Jamaican/West African
Cocaine - 40 to 50 pounds per gram - approx. 40 - 60% purity (average)
Heroin - 50 to 60 pounds/gram - near eastern heroin base. Rarely cut (60-80%)

Hash: 85 pounds sterling/ounce [~$150]. 0.5 in. thick block, yellow-brown,
    flaky (Moroccan?). Availability was good in October; not much around now.

Location: West London (Ealing) [November '93]
    I score my stuff from friends or from a local taxi driver who delivers
    (usually within 10 mins)
Hash: Excellent squidgy black gold seal.(usually Afghan or Kashmir): 64 UKst
    [~$113] per 1/2 oz. It is possible to get at least 5 or 6 different
    types of hash but you need to know the right dealers. You can even get
    stuff here like `Zero-Zero' or Pollen.
Weed/Killer Skunk much much more easier to get here in the last couple of
    months than ever before. Last year I saw grass here maybe once or twice,
    now it's available virtually all the time. My dealer makes Fudge which
    he farms out at 5 [~$9] a bag with a being 1/2 oz. or so. We can get
    greenage called Haze ? which is about 50 [~$88]/ 1/4 oz and it is about
    as good as Northern Lights...oh sticky bud.

Hashish: 85 pounds sterling [~$150]/ounce. Yellow-brown, flaky (Moroccan?).
    0.5 in. thick block. Availability good in October; not much around now.

Location: West London (Greenford) [16 December '93]
Cannabis Resin: Mostly red seal, soft or rocky. Good quality. 85-90 UK pounds
    (c.$140? not sure) per ounce. Readily available (on demand).
Marijuana/Grass: c.120 UK pounds per oz. V.good quality. Available, but a long
    way down the dealer chain so delivery slow.
LSD: 3 UK pounds per hit. Quality average but consistent. Psycadelic trip on
    about 2-3 hits. Recent flavours: test tubes (good ones :), sunbursts, penny
    farthings. Purchased in lots of ten. Available on demand.
Speed: 8-10 UK pounds per gram. Very potent. Requires several weeks notice,
    delivery still uncertain.

Grass: 35 pounds/ 1/4 oz (7 grams) Very high quality [July '93]
    "my dealer tells me its Dutch grown skunk weed - it certainly smells."

Marijuana: Usually sold by people in flats/houses here, with some pubs that
are well known for scores.
  Four main types generally available:
- SoapBar: 5 pounds/gram, 15/eight, 45/.5 ounce, ~600/9 ounce
    Hard and dark it comes in large lumps just like a bar of soap!
    by far the best consistant smoke it is available most of the time.
    "prices have not changed to my knowledge in 6 years."
- Fluff or Slate
    Lighter in both weight and appearance to soapbar, comes in square flat
    pieces like a slate! Not as good as soapbar (seems to contain less oil),
    although when burnt it fluffs up to about double the size. Prices are
    the same as for soap but the deals tend to be slightly bigger.
- Bush or Weed
    Usually of poor quality with very small deals, does contain seeds and
    buds but not really a good smoke. Prices are approx DOUBLE than the
    others.
- Black
    Black, flexible, smelly and it doesn't crumble but rolls into lines
    like plastacine. The quality again is usually worse than soap and fluff
    and is not generally bought (except for some groups who for some reason
    like it better than the others ). prices/deals same as fluff.
Lsd: ~2-3 pounds/trip. Available from simular sources. The trips are all
    usually blotting paper about 5mm to 10mm square, range from strawberrys,
    purple ohms, super marios to chess pieces, white lightnings and flying
    keys. Quality is good and consistant.
XTC: ~10-20/pill, depending on quality. Always available, similar to lsd
    range and choice fluctuate so much.
Cocaine: 45-60/gram. Rarely about, quality unknown.
Heroin: Always avialable, but range, quality and price is unreliable


        Nation: Guatamala

MJ: Q40.00 (about $8.00 US) per OUNCE (Wow! Don't bother with Roach Clips man)
    but you better not leave San Pedro with any on you. Medium quality bud,
    apparently imported from Belize but some is grown in the mountains locally,
    dried out, green in colour, took about a joint worth.


        Nation: Israel

- Prices are the same almost all year round.
Marijuana: 1/8 of an ounce costs 100 NIS ($33.00). 35 grams for 800-1000 NIS
    depending on quality (usualy VERY GOOD-$270-$337)
Hashish: Basically the same price as grass, but more available.
ACiD/LSD: VERY expensive here, 50 NIS for a tab ($17) sheets are unavailable.
Cocaine: also VERY expensive 1 gram for 600-700 NIS ($300). hard to get it
Heroin: almost unavailable, when around, prices are sky high.
METH: very cheap, mostly home made stuff.

    Good availability.

    Location: Christchurch [14 September '93]
Marijuana:  Many different types. Out of season usually gets you thin brown
    heads. In season - large (3-4cm long, 1-2cm thick) dark green sticky buds.
    nz$20 "foil"/"bullet"/"tin" - portion of mixed head/leaf. Consists of 4/5
    heads and a bit of leaf. About 2/3 hits.
    approx. nz$260 ounce head - can be got for as low as $120 in season.
    VERY potent. Purple, gold, and "coast" is available in season. "Coast" are
    thick, juicy heads with large gobs of resin on them. Two tokes is enough
    (tooooo much). Grown on the West Coast (of the South Island). Average
    potency is 3 tokes for a big hit. Very shapeley.
    Availability: very good, best in season.
LSD: Generally blue 1cm squares (blotter).
    Price: nz$35 per "tab". nz$15 for _very_ nasty shit.
    Quality/descr: Average (what can I say?)
    Availability: quite rare.
Mushrooms: Tall black 'shrooms with small heads (faint shade of gold on top).
    <free> if you want to go to the mountains and pick 'em. $15 for 50 (if you
    want to buy them)
    Quality/descr: Great. Need about 40/50 per trip. They grow wildly near a
    ski field about 3 hours drive from Christchurch.
    Availability: abundant in-season
